Job description

This opportunity offers a chance to join the Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG) at onsemi within the Product Engineering team, contributing to the bring-up, validation, and mass production of mixed-signal image sensors. Selected candidates will be responsible from driving the product from definition phase to market release.

Performance Objectives:

• Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule • Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team • Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans • Execution of product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers • Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues • Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required #LI-RT1

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree in Electronics ,Electrical or related discipline; • 5+ years’ relevant industry experience in bench validation or characterization of both analog and digital blocks. • Experience with statistical tools like JMP, datapower or equivalent for yield enhancement activities. • good communication and written skills and delivering high quality projects on time. • Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors is a plus. • Previous work on domains other than characterization & validation like board design, analog/digital design, verification, DFT pattern generation is a plus. • Good understanding of silicon bring-up, production test flows, usage of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc. • Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, VB, Python) #LI-RT1
