Perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices
Operate test equipment and test stations for BU‑assigned products Execute testing according to approved test programs, flows, and SOPs Load, unload, and process production, engineering, and qualification lots accurately Ensure correct lot identification, traceability, and quantity control Perform basic visual inspection and handling checks before and after test Monitor test execution and escalate abnormal results, alarms, or yield issues Record test results, lot movement, and status accurately in manufacturing systems Support BU engineers during engineering lots, correlations, and validation runs Maintain ESD discipline, safety compliance, and clean work area (5S) Adhere to BU priorities, quality requirements, and production schedules
Graduate of a 2-year Technical course or Senior High School, or completed at least 2 years in college
