We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EHS Intern to support the Environmental, Health & Safety team in ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace. The intern will gain hands-on experience in safety inspections, compliance monitoring, and EHS program execution within a manufacturing environment.
• Assist Safety Inspections and Audits, conducting regular workplace inspections/patrolling to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations • Support implementation of EHS policies and compliance requirements. • Assist in site inspections of facilities, equipment, and safety practices. • Help identify hazards and recommend basic safety improvements. • Support incident investigations and documentation of findings. • Assist in reviewing work methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures. • Prepare inspection reports and support safety data tracking and analysis. • Assist in toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programmes. • Monitor PPE compliance and support site safety initiatives. • Upkeep and maintain EHS training records
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Demonstrates strong interest in safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability
