This includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. They perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure the facility is operating efficiently and safely. Additionally, they may assist with the installation of new equipment, coordinate with external contractors, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
