Social Worker, Multi-Agency Referral Unit. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and committed social workers who have a specific interest in working within an integrated multi-agency team that work at the front door of Cornwall's children's services. This is an exciting time to join our service as we move into implementing the Families First Reforms , shaping, evolving and strengthening arrangements for Multi-Agency child protection arrangements in Cornwall. The team are co-located with other key safeguarding partners, including Police, Health, Housing, Education, Early Help, Parenting and the Family Information Service. There is a strong emphasis on multi agency and partnership working to make sure we are supporting and safeguarding children and their families effectively. You will join a welcoming and supportive team all of whom have a particular interest in working with children and their families at the first point they may be involved with children's service
