This professional job offers a rich learning experience and a real opportunity to make an impact on the business. • Work with companies to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM • Manage ArcLight and customer teams through major phases and milestones within a deployment • Monitor progress, status, risks, project financials and work efforts • Work with consulting team to continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency
Experience/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in management • PMP certification, MBA preferred • Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion or EBS experience preferred • Knowledge of HR processes • Deep understanding of interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate with C-Suite level executives • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time, can be based anywhere in the US
