Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing production activities in each product group including manufacturing of subassemblies, finished product, rework and related functions as required to meet manufacturing goals/objectives. The Production Supervisor must meet the production schedule, quality standards, develop and maintain a positive employee relations climate. The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing workforce and balancing the line, enforcing GMP, and satisfying compliance issues.
