About this role
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse responsibilities of all areas assigned. The Warehouse Lead will direct employees in the following tasks: picking and staging customer orders, counting and cross checking all orders that are staged, replenishment of the warehouse picking locations, organizing of the warehouse, finished good prep, delivery of product to and from locations utilizing a 26ft box truck cycle counting and individual picking locations and other tasks deemed necessary by management. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for keeping management aware of workload constraints, safety situations, employee and forklift issues. The Warehouse Lead must possess good communication skills and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
