About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, pizza-loving Product Owner to lead the Fulfillment & Tracking experience across Pizza Hut’s digital platforms, driving seamless order lifecycle and real-time tracking experiences for our customers. You will own the customer journey after checkout - ensuring seamless order processing, accurate status updates, and real-time tracking across both Web and App experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping how customers experience their order from placement through completion - driving transparency, reliability, and customer confidence As the voice of the customer, you will partner closely with engineering, UX, operations, and data teams to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive fulfillment experiences.
