As the UK&I People & Culture Lead for Taco Bell, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across our growing UK and Ireland business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you'll lead talent, engagement, employee relations, leadership development, and people planning across corporate stores, while collaborating with franchise partners to build a strong and consistent people culture.
