About this role

Yum! Brands is seeking a Product Operations Analyst III, RED360 to support business intake, requirements documentation, delivery coordination, and platform adoption for RED360, Yum!’s customer data and marketing technology ecosystem. This role will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to help translate business needs into clear requirements, track delivery inputs, and support consistent execution across RED360 use cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across business and technical teams, and able to bring structure to moderately complex initiatives involving customer data, audience activation, measurement, and analytics capabilities. This is an individual contributor role that supports established RED360 processes and partners with senior team members to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
