Financial metrics
• Review upcoming events and help coordinate crew and equipment needs with your team. • Direct event technicians in preparing and executing live and virtual events. • Organize and review show information and materials in advance of event. • Collaborate on event production to continually enhance overall quality of services offered. • Build positive working relationships with the Centre’s event management and support staff and clients alike. • Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for event management and operational functions. • Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant. • Oversee the audit of all equipment before and after events. • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. • Recruit, train and supervise staff. • Find ways to increase quality of customer service. • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue. • Be involved in all aspects and report to the Operations Manager. • Ability to work without supervision. • Ability to be assertive as and when necessary with relevant stakeholders, always ensuring the best interests of the business. • Ability to work under pressure. • Demonstrate effective communication skills through all levels internally and externally both verbal and written.

• 5+ Years proven work experience in Audio Visual • 5-year experience with setup and operation of a variety of AV systems including video switching, LED screen set up and projection • Experience with rigging of equipment • Computer proficiency and a good working knowledge computer networking and basic completer interfacing • Geographical knowledge • Experience with logistics (Advantageous)
