The Role
• Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design • Perform routine, complex and recurring plan administration tasks for clients’ defined pension benefit plans and information • Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services • Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output • Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans • Perform established quality control standards and meet established performance targets • Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in a timely manner • Meet productivity/utilization goals as well as meet established efficiency standards • Actively participate in team meetings and training activities • Follow and update documentation materials as directed

The Requirements
• A graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or other related courses • Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to pension benefit plans and pension participants’ information • Knowledge on benefits administration, plan administration or insurance processing is a plus • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Powerpoint and Word is a plus • Intermediate working knowledge in MS Excel • Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and colleagues • Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines • Work experience with US counterparts preferred • College degree holder • Work Mondays thru Fridays WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
