About this role
The Role Major Responsibilities:
• Provides Specialist support to business development activities: • Conduct independent research to understand client industries, products/services, competitors, and business issues. • Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client portfolios and new target accounts.
• Develop standard proposals, pitch decks, and scoping documents that clearly articulate our Work & Rewards offerings.
• Lead preparation of bid documents and materials in response to client RFPs
• Provide support to more senior consultants during client engagements, including meeting preparation, materials development, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create thought leadership, webinars, events, and client-facing materials that position the firm as a trusted advisor.
• Build and nurture internal and external networks to support lead generation and cross-selling across service lines.
• Project Delivery Support: • Contribute to the delivery of consulting engagements across service lines, from organization review, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, salary structure development, variable pay design, talent assessment, performance management, and executive compensation. • Conduct data analysis, develop insights, and prepare client-ready presentations and reports. • Support the development of tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance client value and strengthen the firm’s Work & Rewards capabilities. • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and support solution development. • Serve as a central point of coordination for project logistics, including scheduling, client communications, documentation management, and milestone tracking
The Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant professional experience • Interested in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data. • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail • Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality. • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
