About this role
The Data Analyst is responsible for identifying and solving problems through analytics and statistical models using data analytics, programming, and statistical models. Data analyst will focus on combining data to find new patterns relevant to the business or other stakeholders. The Data Analyst will follow the data analytics lifecycle – understand end-user requirements, collect necessary data, clean and analyse data, creating visualizations to present insights. Data mining, cleaning and feature engineering to predict the future results. You will support your colleagues within the Customer Experience, Business Support and Transformation team with business support and transformation projects and develop reporting solutions to support existing and new processes.
