About this role
Vertiv is seeking a senior, hands-on Tech Lead to serve as the primary developer and platform support lead for Vertiv’s enterprise Shopify eCommerce platform. This individual contributor role is responsible for operating across development, infrastructure, and production support to ensure the Gen 2 eCommerce platform is available to Vertiv customers. The Tech Lead will serve as the dedicated developer focused on troubleshooting integrations across all platform components while providing direct Shopify development expertise for rapid issue resolution and feature delivery. This role directly supports Vertiv’s Operational Excellence and Customer Focus strategic priorities by ensuring the eCommerce platform is stable and reliable for Vertiv’s global customers.
