About this role
The Global Product Manager – Thermal Services is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Vertiv’s global thermal lifecycle service portfolio, encompassing project-based services through long-term lifecycle offerings. This role owns the end‑to‑end service offering strategy for thermal products, ensuring services are standardized, scalable, serviceable, and aligned to customer reliability, efficiency, and uptime outcomes.
