About this role
As the Global Services Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) initiatives, along with select digital and legacy programs within the Global Services organization. This role requires a strategic, process-oriented leader who partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regional Service teams across Business Units and Product Lines. You will serve as the central point of coordination for service-related deliverables throughout the NPDI lifecycle—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
