About this role
The Physical Therapist reviews and evaluates physician�s referral and patient�s medical record to determine physical therapy required.� Plans and prepares a written plan of care based on the evaluation of available patient data.� Plans and administers prescribed physical therapy treatment programs of patients to restore function, relieves pain and prevents disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.
