Position Summary
The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in PT. Experience
• Required: None • Desired: One year or more. Licensure
• Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Certifications
