The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for task-based sterile processing activities.
• Responsible for decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation • Responsible for various software applications, assembly, and delivery of surgical and interventional procedure case carts • Responsible for paring and replenishment of materials • Works in collaboration with surgical partners to provide accurate and complete surgical instrumentation and needed supplies.
Required
• Education: High school diploma or GED • Certifications: IAHCSMM or CBSPD certified. Preferred
• Experience:1 year in sterile processing.
