Per Diem, Days POSITION SUMMARY The Physical Therapist assess patients and develops an age appropriate treatment plan based on functional abilities. S/he adheres to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice.
Education: Bachelors Degree Experience: 0-2 yrs License LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST Certification BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) #LI-RR1
