We're looking for an Occupational Inclusion Specialist to join our Connect to Work team, helping businesses remove barriers, embrace inclusive recruitment, and create workplaces where people with disabilities, health conditions and complex needs can succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in occupational health, vocational rehabilitation or workplace inclusion with your passion for making a real difference. Working closely with employers and Employment Specialists, you'll provide practical advice and tailored solutions that improve opportunities for individuals while helping businesses unlock diverse talent. You could be carrying out a workplace assessment, supporting an employer to implement reasonable adjustments, networking with local businesses, or helping redesign a role to better match a candidate's strengths. Every day you'll be helping create more inclusive workplaces and sustainable employment outcomes.
