Per Diem, Days
Performs pre-employment nursing assessment on applicants; provides care and assessment for injured employees, administers vaccines in accordance with policy and good nursing practice; manages the worker's compensation program for the hospital; maintains annual PPD files for all employees; manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic; collaborates with the Infection Control Coordinator by integrating infection control/employee health activities
Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications Current Valid Florida RN Licensure BLS Certification Minimum Experience Required: 3 years experience in nursing field Preferred: 2 years experience in Employee Health Occupational Nursing Specialized Knowledge and Skills: CDC, NIH regulations Drug Free Workplace Program Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Worker's Compensation Program State and Federal Laws (OSHA, HRS guidelines)
