DESCRIPTION
Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES Performs routine maintenance tasks. Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window, and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional help is required.
QUALIFICATIONS Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field Experience: Required: 2 years of experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade. Certifications: Not applicable Physical Demands:
