Position Highlights
• Full-time, employed opportunity with Carondelet Medical Group, a stable and patient-focused multispecialty practice • Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR • Caseload mix: 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient • Manageable call: 7 shifts per month, with additional compensation available for extra call coverage • Average 25 patients per clinic day; 5–10 surgical cases per week • Supported by dedicated clinical staff and centralized referral and diagnostic coordination • In-house marketing, business development, billing, credentialing, and HR support — so you can focus on medicine, not administration • Practice based at St. Joseph's Hospital, a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and ACC-accredited Chest Pain Center within the Carondelet Health Network

Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO degree • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
