You will train alongside internationally recognized faculty at one of Arizona's premier Comprehensive Stroke Centers, immersed in one of the region's highest-volume cerebrovascular programs. With dual DNV-certified Stroke Centers, 24/7 access to two biplane angio suites, and a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team, this program delivers the procedural depth and academic rigor to launch a distinguished neuroendovascular career. Position Highlights
• Two-year advanced fellowship structured for neurologists pursuing full-scope neurointerventional practice • Earn while you train — maintain independent neurology practice and receive competitive compensation throughout the program • High-volume procedural experience — participate in 1,000+ neuroendovascular procedures annually, including 150+ mechanical thrombectomies per year • Full cerebrovascular spectrum — complex aneurysm flow diversion, acute stroke thrombectomy, AVM embolization, carotid and intracranial stenosis, and rare vascular pathologies • Dedicated outpatient continuity — one clinic day per week for longitudinal patient management beyond the angiography suite • Robust call structure — 7 ED neurology calls per month focused on acute stroke triage and rapid endovascular decision-making • 24/7 access to two biplane angio suites and dedicated neurosurgical ORs • Research and academic platform — participation in national/international clinical trials, multicenter registries, and opportunities to publish and present at SNIS, ISC, and AANS/CNS
