• Full-time, employed Internal Medicine position within a 100+ provider multi-specialty group • Outpatient only — no inpatient rounding or hospital responsibilities • Monday through Friday schedule; no weekend or evening call • Join established practices with strong existing patient panels — short ramp-up period • Collaborative environment with direct access to on-site specialist support • Physician-led, mission-driven organization serving the greater Tucson community

Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO degree • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine • Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
