• Outpatient-only family medicine — no hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities • Full-time, employed position with a mission-driven, physician-led organization • Monday–Friday schedule; evenings and weekends protected • Join a well-established practice with strong existing patient panels — short ramp-up period • 100+ provider multi-specialty group with robust specialist support and referral infrastructure • Collaborative culture with shared commitment to continuity of care and community health

Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine • Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
