Anyone traveling more than 60 miles one way to Holy Cross is eligible for a travel stipend of $60 per day.
Under minimal supervision, performs basic diagnostic ultrasound procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Exercises professional judgment in providing health care services, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. May be multi-credentialed in the area of sonography
• Produces high quality diagnostic sonographs as prescribed by a licensed practitioner • Assists with amnio procedure biopsies • Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period • Processes and files films as needed • Other duties as assigned
• Minimum Requirements • Experience: • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Sonography • Certifications: Must be registered within 24 months of graduation(and 12 months of hire); BLS
• Preferred Requirements • Experience: 1-3 years • Education: Associates degree • Certifications: ARDMS or ARRT(S )
