Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. • Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices. • Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. • Key duties include directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and supervision of healthcare team members.

• Minimum Requirements • Experience: 1 year of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school • Certification: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, BLS, ACLS are required at time of hire
• Preferred Requirements • Experience: 2 years of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit • Education: BSN • Certification: • PALS • CEN • TNCC
