Medical Receptionist | Local Doctors Ōtara Ōtara, South Auckland | Permanent, 40 hours per week Looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? At Local Doctors Ōtara, you’ll be part of a clinic at the heart of the community, supporting patients and whānau with accessible, quality healthcare every day. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly face of the clinic, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient who walks through our doors.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Greeting and supporting patients with warmth and professionalism • Managing bookings, phone calls, and front desk coordination • Assisting clinicians and the wider team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• This is a hands-on role where you stay engaged, build strong patient relationships, and are an integral part of delivering quality care.
