Physician - Amenia @ Sun River Health

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in New York City, Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester. Sun River Health is looking to hire an accomplished part-time Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) to join our team at our Amenia site. The Primary Care Physician is responsible for managing a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center. Care is delivered in collaboration with advance practice providers, on-site support staff, with an emphasis on preventative health and quality patient care.
