About this role
The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is designed to develop Sherwin’s future leaders. This comprehensive program for current Sherwin employees provides classroom instruction, extensive on-the-job training, and self-study assignments over a 6-to-8-week period to prepare trainees for promotion to an open Assistant Store Manager role.
