What You’ll Do Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas Assist with painting, carpentry, and general repairs as needed Keep accurate records of maintenance work and supplies
