About this role

The HR Shared Services team serves as the primary intake center for service requests at S&C. This includes managing inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and other critical HR services as well as being the point of contact for service requests for functional areas across the business. The team provides timely and efficient support and contributes to the overall operational excellence of S&C, ultimately enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The Associate HR Services Representative is responsible for managing the intake of HR tickets through the service center, playing a pivotal role in providing frontline support to employees. Focusing on responsiveness and efficiency, the rep addresses inquiries, answers questions, and ensures the seamless flow of HR-related requests. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this position navigates escalations as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of S&C.
