The Senior Manager - Global Sourcing - Contract Manufacturing leads the transformation of the commercial and sourcing model for contract manufacturing within the S&C Global Business. This role is accountable for simplifying a complex, component - intensive sourcing model and establishing a scalable, risk-balanced model that enable agile supply, continuity and commercial accountability. This role provides commercial leadership for global contract manufacturers supporting electronic board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic components, including circuit transformers, batteries, and related sub‑systems. Success will reduce complexity, mitigate supply and financial risk, clarify material ownership, and establish a sustainable long‑term contract manufacturing strategy.
