About this role
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the tendering team. • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of tendering activities. • Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards. • Analyze tender documents, client requirements, and market trends to develop winning bid strategies. • Collaborate with relevant departments (Procurement, operations, finance) to gather inputs and align bid approaches. • Develop detailed bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. • Lead the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. • Review and provide feedback on proposal content, ensuring compliance with tender requirements. • Attend client meetings, negotiations, and presentations as necessary. • Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure risk mitigation measures are incorporated into proposals. • Monitor and track tendering KPIs, such as win rate, bid-to-win ratio, and revenue generated.
Prepare regular reports on tendering activities, including analysis of results, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in engineering
