About this role
• Create BOQs, breakdown structures, and quantity surveying schedules for Variation Orders. • Negotiate Variation Orders with clients to ensure the client satisfaction while maintaining the Contractor's profitability. • Track the updated contract price considering each approved VO and/or Claim. • Routinely update & track Earned Value logs, turnover logs as well as Payment Logs for accurate measurement of project progress and financials. • Create & Manage a Claims log to track the Claims of all projects. • Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly. • Reviewing the terms and conditions of the project contract. • Estimating costs for new activities and for variation orders made by owner or its representative. • Weekly update for commercial Report. • Prepare Cost Claims • Reviewing of project details, condition of contract, contract documents, BOQ, method of measurements, tender clarifications, specification and design drawings. • Review documentation queries and requests (RFQs, RFIs, RFCs, …) to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing or conflicting data and submit notices for variation for missing items with estimated quantities and cost impact. • Preparation of Cost Estimation reports for MEP Works (Firefighting, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) and Pricing, Rate Build-up of Materials, Labors and other misc. • Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for the project. • Analyzing the business performance, including the revenue, pricing and cost of construction works. • Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts.

Bachelor of electrical power / or mechanical engineering
