About this role
The Engineering Track of our Talent Program is an 18-month, full-time development journey crafted to nurture future leaders in the engineering field. During this period, participants will rotate across several key departments—including Site Operations, Quality Control, Contracts, Planning, Cost Control, Tendering, and other critical functions—gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business.
This immersive experience allows engineers to engage with real-world projects, receive high-caliber technical and professional training, and build a versatile skill set across disciplines. By exploring the full lifecycle of construction and engineering operations, participants will develop the insight and confidence needed to make a lasting impact within the organization and accelerate their career growth.
