About this role
• Safety & Permitting: Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards by contractors. • Maintenance Planning: Create and oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for HVAC, Generators, and Elevators. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical forms (Job Safety Analysis, checklists, maintenance logs). • Space Management: Plan and manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and internal moves; maintain floor plans. • Technical Oversight: Supervise the Senior Supervisor and external technical contractors.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
