Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant Experience: 8–12 years’ experience as ERP consultant Job Summary We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The consultant will work with business users to configure Finance modules, support testing, and assist with go-live and post-implementation activities. Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements. • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business needs. • Support implementation of Finance modules, including: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Cash Management (CM) • Fixed Assets (FA) • Expenses (optional)
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation. • Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities. • Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve them. • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, and other Finance modules. • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Preferred
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFDI, or Spreadsheet Loader. • Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher. • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Financials with other Oracle Cloud applications.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
