Role: Presales Specialist HCL BigFix Service Management Position Overview As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be the trusted advisor and solution evangelist for HCL BigFix Service Management. This role demands a blend of technical understanding, consultative selling, and strategic account management to drive adoption of AI-powered IT Service Management solutions across enterprise and MSP markets. Key Responsibilities Solution Evangelism: Position HCL BigFix Service Management as the next-generation ITSM platform, highlighting its AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and XaaS capabilities. Consultative Selling: Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers to understand business challenges and map them to BigFix Service Management s value proposition. Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities through strategic prospecting and account-based selling. Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling demos and presentations showcasing incident, problem, change, and asset management workflows, along with AI add-ons. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and lead commercial negotiations to close deals. Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer feedback to refine positioning and influence product roadmap. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful implementations. Essential Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 6 10 years in enterprise software sales, preferably in ITSM or IT Operations domain. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on value-based selling. Tools & Platforms Expertise Candidates should have experience with: ITSM Platforms: Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, OpenText, Ivanti CRM & Sales Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent. Analytics & Reporting: Power BI, Tableau for sales performance tracking. Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Zoom, and other virtual engagement platforms. Preferred Certifications ITIL Foundation or higher (to understand ITSM processes). Sales certifications (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger Sales).
