About this role
Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams to deliver various DevOps projects on time and within budget. You will be part of the Product Professional Services organization in HCL Software covering but not limited to DevOps, Mainframe products. You will coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives for multiple projects being executed in product practices. Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12 15 years of project management experience, preferably with technology, DevOps projects Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Detail JD Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for various DevOps and/or other work stream initiatives using agile and/or hybrid methodologies. Define project scope, create detailed work plans, and set clear milestones and deliverables. Manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and external vendors. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports. Ensure resource allocation and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous process improvements.
