The Associate Patient Care Coordinator serves as first point of contact providing excellent customer service to patients or visitors in person or by phone and acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. This entry-level role involves learning and gaining experience in all core front and back office duties.
