What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver full-cycle Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. • Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance. • Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration. • Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment. • Provide post-production support, enhancements, and knowledge transfer to users. • Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development. • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. What You’ll Bring
• 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Payroll implementations, ideally in Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent Payroll Software • Successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end Payroll implementations (preferably Singapore). • Strong understanding of Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements. • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong problem-solving ability. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience working with Singapore public sector clients will be a significant advantage. • Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations or collaboration with Oracle product development is a plus. • Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently. #LI-DNI
