About this role
The Admitting Representative is responsible for the collection of demographic information to ensure accuracy for billing purposes by verifying patient information and benefit eligibility for insurance and third party payers. Receives payments and issues receipts on patient accounts as appropriate. Oversee the operation of the Switch Board by answering all incoming calls, transfers, intercom and paging system.
