We are actively seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Travel and Hospitality Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of the Firm’s travel programs and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day customer service support to attorneys, partners, and staff related to travel and expense inquiries • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel-related requests and ensure compliance with Firm travel and expense policies • Experience performing and managing American Express corporate credit card reconciliations, including reviewing and matching transactions to receipts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting in compliance with internal policies. • Support the maintenance and ongoing functionality of the travel management portal and online booking tool • Collect and organize data related to travel usage, trends, and traveler feedback • Update and maintain travel and transportation content on the Firm’s internal portal • Monitor travel industry trends and vendor updates to support continuous improvement efforts • Log, track, and maintain records of traveler complaints, service issues, and resolutions
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred • 2+ years of travel administration experience • Must have GDS experience • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience booking domestic and international travel using online travel tool • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced, multi-authority environment • Multi-task and manage priorities effectively • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills • Available to work overtime as needed
This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
