We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director, Global Marketing Campaigns to join our Marketing team. This is a marketing leadership role responsible for owning the global marketing campaign strategy across strategic markets and product and platform campaigns. You will lead a team of Campaign Managers and be accountable for ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, effectively delivered, and continuously improved to support business and marketing goals. This role combines people leadership, campaign strategy, and operational excellence, requiring you to act as a player-coach. You will directly lead a small number of high-priority campaigns each year while driving process improvements, campaign governance, budget oversight, and team development.
