FlexStaff is seeking an experienced OBGYN Medical Doctor with NYS MD Licensure to join our client outpatient healthcare center that provides primary care, dental, behavioral health, OB/GYN, and other community-based wellness services for their location in Queens, NY. Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an approved medical school
• M.D. Licensure in New York State
• Board certified or Board eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience in OB/GYN, including at least 2 years in leadership or administrative capacity
Position Highlights:
• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Women’s Health across clinic sites.
• Deliver direct patient care
• Set clinical standards, drive quality and safety, manage provider performance, optimize access
• Partner with Marketing and Community Engagement to expand equitable women’s health services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Lead OB/GYN service line (prenatal, obstetrics, gynecology, family planning, preventive care) across sites.
• Oversee all OB/GYN providers: manage clinic templates, access targets, coverage/on-call and hospital liaison activities.
• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes consistent with HRSA and UDS.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and expand women’s health services.
• Own OB/GYN quality metrics; lead peer review, case conferences, and incident learning.
• Maintain compliance with HRSA and other regulations; keep policies and procedures current.
• Recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, coach, and manage performance of OB/GYN providers.
• Collaborate on staffing models, competencies, and patient-flow efficiency.
• Promote patient-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Provide full-scope gynecologic care; manage consults and escalate to advanced procedures/surgery via affiliates.
• Support maternal health initiatives, perinatal education, outreach, grants, reporting, and new service development.
• Perform other duties as required.
